Rand Snyderman President rands@imag-in.com |
Created in 1987 by Rand Snyderman, Imag-iN has established itself as a leading designer of quality and intelligent marketing tactics.
Serving as the creative director, Snyderman brings a unique perspective to his work with background in the music and entertainment industry. He has the distinction of starting his career as the road manager for the Flying Burrito Brothers.
In 1975, he graduated Temple University’s school of film and theater and emigrated to Israel, where he became involved in the film and recording industry. Returning to the United States in 1978, he joined R.W. Sigman, Inc. of Philadelphia as a producer and account executive.
While there, he led the tactical launch of AT&T International. The campaign, which included the production of 22 brochures, 4 films, 3 multi-media slide productions, all the while addressing international and cultural sensitivities – in 5 languages; was completed within two months.
In 1980, he launched Polo Productions, showcasing the talents of Michael Nebbia. Nebbia, a director of photography, best known for his revolutionary campaigns for Polaroid and the now famous I Love New York campaigns, fulfilled Snyderman’s idea of offering New York film directors to Philadelphia based businesses.
Returning to Israel in 1983, he served as the Senior Vice President for Mimsar Ariely, a niche advertising agency devoted exclusively to the marketing of Israeli high tech corporations in the United States.
During that time, Rand expanded his role from marketing and managing to include directing. He excelled as a director during this time and has to date directed over 200 commercials.
